As with all our Apps this App provides the underlying maths and theory behind the calculations together with worked examples. This will allow you to not just get an answer, but more more importantly, to understand how the answer was derived.
EV Pie is written to assist your understanding of EV charging and estimate your vehicles charging time with ease. The following three features are available within the App:
Charge Time:
This feature allows you to estimate how long it will take to charge your vehicle depending on its current state of charge and to what level it needs charging it too.
Charging Modes:
This feature provides a description of the internationally defined EV charging modes.
Connector Types:
This feature provides details of the most common international EV connector types that are used for connecting an EV vehicle with a charging source.
Charge Cost
This feature allows you to estimate how much it will cost to charge your vehicle from empty.
Inlet Finder
This feature, by selecting the EV model, identifies the location of the vehicles charging inlet.

How to install EV Pie on your iOS device:

- Once the EV Pie is shown in the iTunes listing of your iOS device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the GET button to the right of the app to start downloading it.
- If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After EV Pie is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
